Investment in education as a factor of the progressive development of the economy

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of financing of the Russian education system; the associated trends of economic development provide an analysis of the structure of Federal budget expenditures on education in recent years. Harmfulness caused by underestimation of issues in the spheres of education and research is substantiated in the article. The correlation between investments in the sphere of education and research, and high productivity earning opportunities is considered. The authors place emphasis on necessity for scholastic investment increase that is important for maintenance of the economy development and compliance of production potentialities and soaring demand under the conditions of economic recourses movements. Moreover the necessity of professionals training is substantiated, as it will lead to labour and production productivity increase and progressive development of economy on the whole.
