A fuzzy linguistic procedure of constructing projections of the professional success of a person in the company
Abstract
A fuzzy linguistic procedure of constructing projections of the person professional success in the company is proposed in the paper. There is considered a certain position in the personnel structure of the company, a set of core competencies for this position and linguistic scale to measure each competence are formed. Predictive estimate of the professional success is based on the correlation analysis of three linguistic models: competency estimation model, structure model of the competency importance from a perspective of the company's chief executive and structure model of the competency importance from a perspective of the candidate. Fuzzy logical conclusion is based on the assumption that the professional success of the company in the considered models should have sufficiently high correlation.
