Determination of the technology performance management system subprocess

Abstract

Purpose: New approaches to management have been currently produced. One of these approaches is technologization of management processes. At the present stage, the quickest and most effective approach is the use of social technologies, including and management technologies, as management tools and techniques. Awareness of the need of technologizing comes gradually, when the organization is faced with the need to streamline management and operational processes of the organization. Discussion: There was offered the technology of determining the expected impact of the implementation of process control systems (subprocesses) organization that provides a comprehensive action plan to identify specific activities for the development of process control systems, as well as identifying the economic performance of the management system and processes throughout the organization, which ultimately affects the decision on the feasibility of implementing the developed system. Results: Comparison of actual and expected economic results and their impact on the performance as a whole will help to understand the form and content of the following projects and programs of reform of the process-level, sub-processes and management tasks.
