Peculiarities of municipal entity as the complex self-developing socio-economic system

Abstract

Purpose: The article examines municipal entity as the complex selforganizing socio-economic system. Discussion: According to the authors, the potential of systematic approach has not been implemented yet in full scope as applied to analysis of complex self-organizing socio-economic systems, which are presented by the municipal entities, which results in loss of stability and crisis of management at the municipal level. Results: The main systematic properties of municipal entity have been determined. The peculiarities of functioning and development of municipal entity have been presented in terms of the systematic approach.
