Modeling complex analysis university activity using data for public reporting
Abstract
Importance: public reporting institution is subject to the interests of various interest groups (stakeholders). This fact is explained by the difference in the objectives pursued by the stakeholders. Each of the groups influences not only need reliable information, but also in its in-terpretation by the analysis. In this regard, it is becoming urgent problem of complex analysis of an educational establishment using data for public reporting. Evaluation of the university concerned will allow the user not only to compare its performance with competitors, but also to predict the further development, to identify strengths and areas of cooperation.Through comprehensive analysis can be traced to the dynamics of compliance with mandatory standards , trends , development of the university, its place in the national and international rankings , evaluate the quality of educational services and its effectiveness as an educational institution. Methods: used for modeling the system, complex analysis, method comparison, analogy. Conclusions and Relevance: it is concluded that the idea of the university as a system of interlocking blocks can not only monitor the activities of each direction, but also to identify areas of further reserves and their development, both individually and in concert. This ultimately will increase the efficiency of the educational institution as a whole.
