Analysis of movement and improvement of qualification of experts in the sphere of procurement
Abstract
Purpose: to reveal the essence of the concept of personnel movement, to reveal the peculiarities of the movement of specialists of the contractual service of the customer, to analyse the movement of contract service employees in Voronezh State University. Discussion: the analysis of personnel movement is a necessary procedure to identify problems in the workflow, as a result, take the necessary measures to eliminate them and thereby improve the efficiency of staff and the organization as a whole. The activity of specialists in the field of public procurement has its own peculiarities, which are caused by statutory requirements. Accordingly, the movement of the personnel of the contractual service staff of the customer also has its own specifics. Results: analysis of the movement of the contract service employees of the Voronezh State University.
