Factors of older employees' professional successes

Abstract
Purpose: Article is devoted to determine the factors of older workers' professional success. Discussion: because of the aging of the population, company management must understand main factors affecting older worker's professional success. The learning of discussion in the scientific community shows the heterogeneity of interpretation of older workers' professional success, that creates problems for the interaction between the employer, the staff and labor market. Results: author disclose the components of older employees' success and the factors affecting success growth.
