Abstract

Purpose: the article deals with to the study and development of the existing scientific and methodological approaches to the analysis of the residential real estate market. The Discussion of the existing methods of analysis the housing market at the regional level led to the conclusion that there is a lack of it is elaboration and there is a need of it is development, as there is a limited number of indicators for diagnosing the state of the market. Also a large number of incomparable indicators on a single scale is used. And this is reduced the quality of analysis, evaluation and forecast. In this regard a balance indicator system becomes relevant. Results: The results of this work consist in adapting of existing methodological approaches to the analysis of the housing market in Belgorod region. The analysis of territorial-local housing market in Belgorod region was held and its features has been conducted on the basis of the developed methodology of the real estate market.
