Evaluation of corporate social responsibility management systems in russian companies
Abstract
Purpose: the author considers the assessment problem of development for corporate social responsibility management system in the largest Russian companies. Discussion: the author developed a set of criteria for determination the level and quality of corporate social responsibility management system in Russian companies. This set of criteria allows estimate these systems from different points of view. The author used the created set of criteria for 50 largest Russian companies. Successful evaluation of corporate social responsibility management systems gave an opportunity to make a rating. Results: аssessment of corporate social responsibility management systems in Russian companies showed most organizations practically do not have systems and only about 5-10% of the companies have high-quality systems, most of them engaged in extraction and processing of minerals.
