Strategic vectors of development for health care in the Voronezh region

Abstract

Purpose: the authors research the strategic vectors of the regional health care development. Discussion: The leading specialists of the health care Department in the Voronezh region and the scientific community lead irreconcilable and fierce debates on issues of the strategic development of health care vectors determination. Herewith each of the debating parties uses convincing statistical material and demonstrates the author’s approach to solving the problem. This testifies to the high degree of complexity for the problem. Results: the authors conducted research based on a systematic approach with the use of statistical methods, as well as comparative and structural analysis. The authors substantiated the strategic vectors of the health system development in the Voronezh region and the need for the participation of territorial authorities in their implementation.
