Methodology of comprehensive personnel analysis at a commercial bank
Abstract
Purpose: to determine the problems that may occur when analysing the performance of the employees of a commercial bank and develop a methodology for such an analysis using a comprehensive approach; to describe the methodological aspects of the analysis and to work out the strategy for improving the efficiency of the employees based on the results of the analysis. Discussion: the problem of HR management and the economic analysis of personnel’s activity is under much discussion. However, there have been so far very few studies of the performance of employees of commercial banks. Quite a number of problems are yet to be considered, such as the development of a comprehensive methodology of economic analysis of personnel in commercial banks. Results: аuthor summarized the existing theories and methodologies for the personnel analysis of an economic entity and determined the parameters of comprehensive analysis of the activity of employees of a commercial bank. A case study of a certain bank is presented. The paper provides recommendations on improving the effectiveness of the personnel performance
