Abstract

Purpose: the article deals with the issue related to the need to differentiate the remuneration educational institution teaching staff, taking into account creative activity of employees. The problem of distribution of Fund of the incentive payments at the level of faculty and higher education institution, as a whole, should function on the principle of justice. It allows to form the stimulating uplifts for creative activity. Discussion: to solve the specified problem, the authors propose to use mathematical modeling, which allows to obtain a solution in the conditions of heterogeneity of the staff, that received the right to incentive payments with a limited amount of funds of the incentive Fund. Results: the authors propose to build an optimization model for the distribution of the incentive Fund, the use of which allows the management of the University to increase the average salary of the teaching staff and thereby take a higher place, assigned within the national and international ranking of educational organizations by independent experts.
