Change management in the region based on the project and marketing approaches
Abstract
Purpose: to study of the theoretical foundations of change management in the region: the nature, functions, approaches and factors affecting the management of changes in the region. Discussion: the Theoretical foundations of change management in the region are currently in a developing state and require further research. Change management in the region is a critical process within the overall system of government. The development of quality management of changes in the region is extremely important, because the development of each individual region depends on the whole state. In our country today, the mechanism of change management in the region is still not debugged, so the topic of our study is certainly relevant. Results: the generalized interpretation of the essence of change management in the region, supplemented by the composition of the functions of change management in the region and the factors affecting change management. A combined approach based on the simultaneous use of project and marketing approaches to change management in the region is proposed.
