The improvement of the system of providing forage to the livestock industry, agriculture in russia on the basis of management decisions of innovative nature

Abstract

Purpose: the article deals with the issues of innovative development of modern domestic feed production in the context of scientific-theoretical and applied nature, focused on improving the efficiency and sustainability of the livestock sector of the Russian agroindustrial complex. Discussion: assuming that one of the key problems of the modern sphere of livestock farming is to provide livestock with complete, balanced and environmentally safe feed, the authors state that the solution to this problem should settle on the innovative methods and approaches that can fully meet the needs and demands of modern beef farming. According to the authors, industry innovative solutions should enhance the processes of implemen-tation of the genetic potential of animals through the use of advanced research results of domestic and foreign selection, adaptation processes and the applied use of resource-saving technologies. The authors also justified the development, the use of which in practice will improve the efficiency of management of innovative development of feed mills in terms of competent management of diversification program based on advanced achievements of industry science, focused on the growth of resource saving, improving the quality of feed and increasing their competitiveness. Results: the authors conducted a comprehensive analysis of the state and development of industrial segments of agriculture (forage and livestock); the article contains the worked out basic conditions and the perspective directions of innova-tive development of the feed production in the conditions of implementation of the policy of import substitution and achievement of the strategic goals of development of the domestic livestock sector.
