The methodological peculiarities of the investment strategy development in tourism and their practical application
Abstract
Purpose: the author considers the methodological features of the investment strategy development adapted to the modern tourist market in the Russian Federation. The author made the analysis and selection of existing methods for investment strategy creation and implementation. The author tried to reflect the financial and economic features of the industry in proposed approach. Discussion: the author defines the main directions of obtaining the initial information. Likewise the author characterized the state and prospects of the industry. Similarly the author studied the place of the Voronezh region in comparison of available resources with investment activity. Results: the author offered the effective methods of investment strategy development for the enterprise formed taking into account economic features of tourist branch functioning. The author tested and adapted proposed method to the market conditions for a particular tourist company on the basis of the revealed methodological features for the investment strategy development. The author gave the examples of calculations and made the selection of most effective strategy. In addition the author determineв the directions of development for a number of alternative investment strategies.
