Evaluation of the effectiveness of the use and management of company’s human resources
Abstract
Purpose: аssessment of various aspects of an organization’s activities related to its human resources remains one of the most pressing problems of management theory and practice. This is due to the high uncertainty of personnel as an element of the internal environment of the organization and the unpredictability of the results of management actions aimed at it. Discussion: the authors offer the most complete and comprehensive analysis of the parameters of the effectiveness of using the human potential in a company and managing it for the subsequent adoption of balanced and informed decisions. The analysis includes the calculation and conclusionmaking based on indicators of three groups: the availability of human resources, their use, and management. Results: for each group, a number of specific quantitative indicators are proposed; aspects are identified that require the use of both quantitative and qualitative estimates. The need for tracking the dynamics of many of the indicators under consideration is also indicated.
