The essence of information power of stakeholders in modern economic conditions
Abstract
Purpose: formation model information power of stakeholders, including not only strong, but also weak linkages of the enterprise with stakeholders. Discussion: according to the authors, in an unstable and unpredictable external environment communication of an enterprise should include not only strong ties (with obvious information power), and poole (totality different) weak ties complement each other, also have significant information power. Managing communications with stakeholders should include managing the enterprise's communication diversity, which can be quantified. Results: the selected items of the information of government stakeholders; the necessity of expanding relationship management to develop the necessary communication diversity, including the complex relations not only with key but also other stakeholders; formed a methodological basis for calculation of index of diversity of communication businesses.
