Work-live balance as a factor of success in age diversity policy. statistical approach to research
Abstract
Purpose: the article is an attempt to justify the possibility of maintaining the success of older workers through the achievement work-live balance. Discussion: the idea is to allocate in the age structure of the group of designated employed and present a possible option of conditions allowing the employee, firstly, to recover after realizing their work in private life. Secondly, to minimize the stress of the work process, taking into account the physical and psychological state of the declining activity of the body’s functions. Results: to implement this position, the specifics of the of personnel diversity are defined, the idea of balance and imbalance between work and private life is updated, a grouping of conflicts, accompanied by an imbalance of work-privacy among older employees.
