Indicators of strategic development in the context of digitalization
Abstract
Purpose: the work is dedicated to researching existing strategy implementation tools and creating a strategic management methodology based on indicators that allow to determine and control the pace of the company’s strategic development in the given key areas. Discussion: o date, the most popular and effective system for implementing the strategy is the Balanced System of Indicators of R. Kaplan and D. Norton (BSI). However, this system needs to be improved to the realities of modern business trends and to simplify control over the company’s strategic development through indicators and change rate. Results: the author's interpretation of the company's strategic development indicators is given, the importance of the implementation phase of the strategy and its control is emphasized, and a modified model for implementation а strategy based on the BSI is proposed.
