Abstract

Purpose: the article aims to describe the information analytical system developed by the authors for assessing the competitiveness of the company, based on special tools for studying factors, parameters and elements of competitiveness. Discussion: the assessment of the competitiveness of an enterprise, as its properties characterized by the degree of real or potential satisfaction of a specific need in comparison with similar objects presented on this market, is a rather complex, poorly formalized problem. There is a whole series of models, methods and algorithms that directly or indirectly assess the competitiveness of goods, services and the enterprise as a whole from different positions. The assessment of competitiveness, as a rule, is associated with the processing of heterogeneous, in particular, expert information. A full-fledged implementation of evaluation mechanisms, which provides for the use of a wide range of calculations, expert information processing procedures, statistical and data mining, is possible only within the framework of specialized information analytical systems. Results: the authors developed specialized algorithmic and software, and created an information analytical system on their basis, allowing the user to conduct a comprehensive analysis of competitiveness and form analytical conclusions based on the results of the study.
