Antimonopoly compliance: foreign experience and russian practice

Abstract

Purpose: the article is devoted to the consideration of the features of the formation of antimonopoly compliance. The article presents Russian and foreign experience. Discussion: currently, in many countries of the world, mainly large companies are introducing antitrust antimonopoly compliance into their activities, a tool that allows you to minimize the risks that arise when doing business, and also makes it possible to obtain certain benefits in case of violation of antimonopoly legislation. The article present a scomparative analysis of foreign practices on antimonopoly compliance and highlights the features of domestic experience. Results: the author draws general conclusions on the regularities of the functioning of antimonopoly compliance in Russia and abroad, determines further ways to improve this tool in order to optimize the work of companies.
