Digital space as a platform for the implementation of state policy in the sphere of science and technology

Abstract

Purpose: the purpose of this work is to assess digital space as a platform for state policy in the sphere of science and technology. Discussion: the upcoming stage of reforming Russian economy is connected with a breakthrough to new digital technologies that ensure accelerated, outstripping development of the country. With such a vector, the priorities of socio-economic development are organizational and structural transformations of the economy that meet the requirements of economic growth and, above all, its foundation - the sphere of science and technology. In these conditions, the newly emerging state policy is of fundamental importance, focused on deep structural modernization of the sphere of science and technology of the Russian economy as the main object of this policy and digital transformation. Results: the main result of the study is the analysis of state policy in the sphere of science and technology in the digital space, which ensures further scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation.
