MANAGING THE PSYHOLOGICAL CONTRACT ON THE STAGE OF RECRUITMENT

Abstract

Purpose: The article is devoted to problem of management of the psychological contract at its initial stage, when potential candidates consider the vacancy announcement. Discussion: Due to the fact that recruitment influences one of the key resources of the organization - human capital, the authors offer the companies to pay more attention to the process of creating the vacancy announcement. It is recommended to use a Herzberg’s motivation model for making an "offer to the candidate" in the announcement, and also to monitor graduate’s psychological portrait to be aware of their value orientation. Results: The authors conducted a number of studies that proved the effectiveness of using motivational and hygienic factors in the vacancy announcement for more efficient formation of expectations. In addition, as a result of the experiment the "psychological portrait" of graduate was corrected. It will help the employer to make a more adequate program of adaptation for new young employees.
