PROCESS APPROACH IN THE ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT IN THE REGION
Abstract
Purpose: the article is devoted to the application of the process approach in management of regional enterprises. Discussion: it is assumed that the process approach is a business management tool. Based on this, the author proposes to use the basic techniques in the enterprises management system and quality by the use of monitoring instruments, setting the input and output systems problems. Results: results of these studies confirmed the possibility of practical use in regional enterprises process approach improve the quality of finished products, which will lead to the increase of competitiveness of the enterprise.
