STRATEGIES OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN DEVELOPMENT STATE-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP

Abstract

Purpose : substantiate and informatively reveal strategies of higher education institutions, which are associated with the development of public-private partnerships with the participation of the higher school in the each region. Discussion : the first strategy describes the involvment partners of different institutional nature in the activities of higher education organizations as system integrators (proactive strategy). The second strategy is related to the infiltration of higher education institutions into the activities of partner business structures (adaptive strategy). results : a set of different tools was proposed. These tools are necessary for effective implementation of functions of public-private partnership
