DEVELOPMENT OF PROCESS OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT THE INTEGRATED STRUCTURES OF THE REGION

Abstract

Purpose: Article is devoted to a problem of development of strategy of corporate educations which define possibilities of increase of balance of regional strategic development taking into account consensus of interests of its participants. Discussion: Authors consideration of strategic aspects of development of the integrated structures in a section of the characteristic of strategic management, specification of the concept "strategy" within schools of strategic management, definition of hierarchy of strategy of the diversified company is offered. The main stages of process of development of strategy of the integrated structures are defined, actions for expansion of opportunities of regional strategic development are allocated. Results: Authors offered a pyramid of development of strategy in regional corporation, recommendations about improvement of organizational structure of corporation are made, necessary conditions of increase quality and effective management of the integrated structures of the region are defined.
