Abstract
Building design business – one of the most dynamic sectors of Russian economy. Currently, however, the problem of builders was aggravated by a general liquidity of crisis due to low level of integration of Russia into the global economy. In order to improve the competitive ability of project organizations in the construction market significant value acquires an effective marketing management of project which allows to extend the period of the presence of a construction project on the market, as well as to prepare a practical framework for its implementation of specific project construction companies. Marketing management of construction projects – a complex, multistage process. Using a system of marketing management enables construction organizations in the preliminary stages of construction projects to correct them, increasing their attractiveness on the market, which prolongs their life cycle in a phase of growth, market presence, competitiveness and compliance with consumer preferences.Downloads
