Potential positive motivation in human capital formation of the organization

Abstract

In this article we are talking about the motivational factors of work, reviewed aspects of the impact of these factors on the impact of labor, employee behavior and the formation of human capital of the organization. Analysis of factors of positive motivation, basedon regularly conducted sociological research, helping to ensure smooth operation of the feedback mechanism, complementing and realistic data specifying information about the interests and demands, beliefs and attitudes employees, their ideals, life plans and aspirations, their degree of satisfaction organization of work, life and leisure activities, the state of morale. Case studies can be used as a highly efficient tool for the formation of positive motivation for the management of human capital of the organization.
