PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY OF MODERN SPECIALIST: ADDITIONAL AND CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract

Purpose: The objective of this paper is purely academic and its scope is limited to enhancement of quality of future research studies in the domains and related fields. Discussion: The training quality of specialists by means of foreign language depends on the elaboration of the conceptual theses as the keystone of an education system. As the methodological background of the research system-based, learner-centered and pragmatic approaches have been used. Results: we highlight not only the key factors and challenges of high school, but also the problem of the choice of formats, approaches, methods and technologies for the formation of students' professional competencies and, in fact, professional mobility. The main research methods are the following ones: the philosophical and psycho-pedagogical literature analysis, advanced experience, own experience observation and retrospective analysis. The elaborated conceptual theses are these ones – the intelligent potential formation of future specialists, students’ orientation towards lifelong learning, updating students’ independent work by way of self-education incentive, computing education as a mean of training specialists with a new mind set, which can be used as the ground for working out the concept of lifelong education at economic faculties of universities.
