Integration of innovative methods of management in solving problems introduction of «lean production» in the enterprise

Abstract

Purpose: the article deals with the integration of the best techniques and methods of the traditional production organization with innovative methods and tools of foreign models of manufacturing systems, greatly increasing the efficiency of the production flow. Discussion: due to the fact that the processes of optimization of production systems are affected by limiting factors of external and internal environment, the author has suggested that the integration of «Lean» methods with elements of «Six sigma» methodology contributes to balancing the flow, reducing the time to provide the final product to the customer, thereby ensuring production the company a distinct competitive advantage. Results: the proposed by the author integration of «Lean Six sigma» models has proved the possibility of production process optimizing in the terms of cost reductions, flow rates changes and productivity increase.
