Classification analysis of environmental factors influencing the activity of companies of the construction complex

Abstract

Purpose: the article is devoted to questions of identification, classification, specification and selection of environmental factors that affect negatively or positively on the activity of enterprises of the construction industry. Discussion: in order to create an universal and structured research, authors have proposed a general classification, according to which in the most general form it’s possible to analyze the entire set of factors influencing enterprises. Proposed systematization allows, on the basis of data of classification characteristics, to determine for each particular enterprise key influencing factors, to maximize positive and minimize negative impacts of those changes. Results: the results of empirical research in context of proposed classification analysis allowed determining, among the detected most significant factors, continuity of relationships, leading to occurrence of the risk, which can be represented as function of cumulative impact of external and internal factors.
