Abstract

Purpose: the article is devoted to the discussion of the key components of the organization effectively marketing real estate agencies. Discussion: based On the analysis of the current state of the Russian market of real estate agencies have concluded that one of the pressing issues facing these companies is the creation of an effective system of effective marketing. Therefore, the main attention is paid to theoretical and applied aspects of the formation of such patterns. In particular, objectives, functions, principles and values of the organization marketing real estate agencies, explores the most common types of marketing organization. Results: the advantages and disadvantages of various options for the organization of marketing activities in the real estate agencies. Recommendations on their application depending on the size of the Agency.
