Identification of the reasons of transformation and justification of factors and vectors of development of regional social and economic systems

Abstract

Purpose: the article is devoted to regional issues, which are extremely important from a practical and theoretical point of view, in terms of sustainable operation and development of regional socio-economic systems. Discussion: instability of regional economy, crisis of regional socio-economic system is a negative change of state of the economy of the region which prevention demands intervention of federal legislative and executive bodies of the power, direct participation of the regional power and use of extraordinary methods of the state economic regulation of functioning of regional socio-economic system which is the subject of this article. Results: the cause transformations, taking place at the level of the regional economy, have been defined and basic factors and vectors of development of regional socio-economic systems have been identified.
