Parameters of products competitiveness from the perspective of quality
Abstract
Purpose. The article is devoted to issues of the linkages between competitiveness and quality. Discussion. The authors identify the relationship of competitiveness and quality parameters. The issues of quality and competitiveness become crucial for Russian enterprises that contributes to the apparent increase of interest in the strategic business issues. We think that solution to the problem of quality is an integral part of the development strategy, and implementation of a quality management system should be started from determining the place of this system in the company’s overall strategy. Results. The authors have suggested using of Ishikawa’s scheme; diagram of causes and effects, as a tool for management of competitiveness.
