Development of the decision support system tools in the field of ecological and economic security

Abstract

Purpose: the article is devoted to the problem of the justification of the usage of methods based on the data of ecological and economic systems, as well as the usage of specialized expert systems, and decision support for a wide range of tasks for planning, forecasting and management of ecological and economic systems. Discussion: recent year’s studies have been directing to search of various methods for solving ecological and economic security management problems based on economic and mathematical models. The special emphasis is placed on the decision support systems in environmental management. Results: this study revealed the specifics of the category of ecological and economic system. Authors showed the algorithm of hierarchical analysis and synthesis of its components and developed the diagram of functioning of decision support system. Program implementation is based on MySQL and IDE Lazarus. The structure of the software, based on mathematical apparatus of hierarchical analysis and synthesis of components, allowed to solve the problem of automation of procedures for evaluation, comparison, selection and evaluation of the quality of managerial decisions, based on hierarchical analysis and synthesis of indicative indicators of systems of ecological and economic security, in the field of environmental management.
