Abstract
Purpose: the article deals with the audit online store and increase the efficiency of its operations by increasing conversion. Discussion: the study of behavioral factors and conversion of visitors online stores allow to structure the range of modern technologies to improve conversion of an online store, and will expand the possibilities of online commerce through the development of complex marketing solutions and management tools designed to increase profits online store as a result of increasing the number orders from the site.
