Abstract

Purpose: The article substantiates the weight and relevance of the problem of the smoothness of communicative processes in the sphere of social and labor relations.
Discussion: The article deals with social and labor relations, as the interrelationships existing among individuals and their groups in the process of interaction with labor activity, thereby revealing the specifics of communications in this system of relations in modern society. The author considers the possibility of scalability of communications and considers in detail the basic functions of communications. All types of communications in any system are complexes that interact with each other and affect one another.
