Abstract

Purpose: Today the education system is undergoing a period of transformation. Discussion: This process is a complex turning point which represents a certain selection of universities on a number of criteria. Presented model in this article aims to optimize the process control and assessment of the University activity. Because of the transition from planned to market economy the reorientation occurred there. As a result the issue of financial sustainability has gained relevance. The indicator of the effectiveness of their activities depends on this financial factor. Our proposed model aims to optimize the process control and following analysis. It enables to make more true and timely management decisions. Results: The process of assessment of the situation and making management decisions is complicated by the presence of various factors having close interrelation.
