Development of innovative approaches to the formation of a quality management system in the context of industry 4.0
Abstract
Importance: the subject of the research is the problems of innovation in quality (in the principles, tools and infrastructure of quality management) and quality in innovation, as well as the features of the organization of the quality management system of manufacturing companies in the context of Industry 4.0. Purpose: the article is devoted to how manufacturing companies use new industrial standards to manage the quality of products and services in the context of Industry 4.0. Research design: the article considers the transition of manufacturing industries from mechanization to digitalization with the help of information and communication technologies, the development of which made possible intelligent production or the emergence of the concept of Industry 4.0. This concept refers to production models that include innovative technologies, production factors and workforce organization. Since the concept of Industry 4.0 is relatively new, there is a limited number of publications on quality management issues within Industry 4.0. One of these problems is the issue of modernizing the quality management system within Industry 4.0 with the help of new industrial standards. Results: the author has developed a basic quality management system at a manufacturing enterprise using two quality standards (ISA-95 standard; ISO 22400 standard) using new economic and software tools of Industry 4.0. With the help of analysis and synthesis, the distribution of indicator values was systematized for three levels of the production hierarchy (key performance indicators; performance indicators; key performance indicators). In conclusion, the author's recommendations for overcoming the difficulties associated with quality management within Industry 4.0 are formulated.
