Problems of correlation of terms in connection (technological connection) to electric networks

Abstract

Importance: the article examines the problems of the relationship between the terms of the agreement on the implementation of technological connection to electric networks, the implementation of measures for technological connection, technical conditions and ways to solve them. Purpose: identification of problematic aspects in relation to the terms of connection to electric networks within the framework of the current legislation. Research design: study of the current regulatory framework in the field of the issue under study in order to develop recommendations on the regulation of terms for technological connection to electric networks using the example of the practice of the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Voronezh Region. Results: recommendations to the Rules were considered and proposed, in particular, the regulation of the terms of the contract and the term of the technical conditions, the extension of the validity of previously issued technical conditions. The implementation of these recommendations will make it possible to organize effective regulation of legal relations between the applicant and the network organization.
