Risks of business innovation policy
Abstract
Subject: risks of the innovative policy of a commercial organization in the conditions of a high level of competition, the periodic formation of rush demand, the introduction of restrictions on the export of certain types of products, the desire of the state to level out market price fluctuations, etc. Purpose: to reveal the content of innovation risks of commercial organisations in modern Russian economy. Research design: in modern conditions of economic management the research of risks of commercial organizations innovation policy becomes one of the basic factors of successful development. Unstable dynamics of demand, limitation of export of some kinds of the goods and services, high level of a competition, possibilities which are opened by universal process of import substitution are key stimulus to formation and introduction of innovations. There are many risks and threats to pursue a systematic policy of innovative projects implementation in the organizations of the commercial sector. Results: in the course of the study the authors developed matrices of internal and external risks of the innovation policy of commercial organizations. Separately identified and analyzed the current threats and risks of innovative projects of companies focused on maximizing profits. The internal environment risks under study are grouped into the following four blocks: financial, technical and technological, personnel and information. External environment risks are macroeconomic, marketing, legislative or political, and environmental. The key risks increasing in the current economic realities are forced reduction of foreign exchange earnings, change of the key rate, emigration of personnel with special knowledge in the field of information technology, limitation of use of international experience of innovation leaders due to termination of business contacts with partners from Russia, etc.
