Comparative review of models and forms of commercialization of innovations
Abstract
Subject: the key attributes of the modern process of commercialization of innovations can be called: market readiness for innovation, product development and production and direct sale /distribution of the product. Purpose: research and comparative analysis of the main models and forms of commercialization of innovations in order to identify optimal models for certain market conditions. Research design: in the course of the study, a comparative review of existing models and forms of commercialization of innovations in the publications of foreign and Russian researchers was carried out. The choice and implementation of models of commercialization of innovations in an ideal form should be directly or indirectly accompanied by state support, especially during the development of innovations, the formation of an innovative company. In Russia, the role of the state in the development of innovation is very high, innovative companies largely depend on state funding and grant support. Modern innovative activity takes the form of searching for the best technology or product to meet the need, that is, with an active focus on marketing and sales activities. Results: a comparative review of models and forms of commercialization of innovations, a retrospective content analysis of the main theoretical concepts (within the framework of the Google Scholar platform search engine).
