Classification of personnel of an educational institution of higher education in accordance with the needs of economic analysis
Abstract
Importance: constantly changing economic conditions and structures of financing the activities of educational institutions lead to the need to optimize the number and quality of teaching staff, pay attention to the analysis of the compliance of the competence level of the teaching staff with their assignments within the framework of the provision of educational services. The practical significance of the conducted research lies in the use of existing elements of regulatory regulation and labor process management practices to build a classification of the teaching staff of a budgetary educational institution of higher education. Purpose: to develop a classification of the staff of an educational institution in accordance with the needs of the economic analysis of the use of labor resources providing educational services of inadequate quality, to intensify the solution of applied tasks in the field of organization and achievement of unity of educational, scientific, creative activity of students. Research design: in order to solve the tasks set, it is necessary to identify the functions and justify the sphere of economic interests of the educational institution’s workforce, to develop a classification of the staff of an educational institution of higher education depending on the tasks and functions performed for the current and prospective assessment of the provision of personnel of an educational institution by category and age composition. Results: a classification of the staff of an educational institution has been developed in accordance with the needs of the economic analysis of its use according to the newly identified characteristics (by levels of management of an educational institution, by the degree of participation in the educational process, by categories of personnel, by the nature of labor relations, by types of activities of the institution, by the level of education received, by types of economic activity of the specialists involved), which made it possible to detail the staff of the educational institution in accordance with the specifics of its activities, features of the construction of organizational and managerial processes and the level of education received.
