Спектральный подход к анализу экспертной группы

Abstract

The article develops an approach to determining the consistency of a group of experts based on the analysis of the corresponding sign graph. The essence of the approach is to analyze the spectrum of the adjacency matrix of a graph that includes only positive edges. New concepts (s-grouping, perfect s-grouping) for evaluating the structural properties of the sign graph, as well as an algorithm for analyzing the expert group and forming coalitions of experts have been proposed.
