Abstract

By TLC using computer densitometry determined the presence of synthetic dyes in food. Selected
terms of chromatography was carried out, which give a better separation and quality zones. Defined dye
tartrazine E102, yellow "sunset" E 110, azorubine E 122, brilliant blue FCF E133.
A significant excess of the recommended doses of synthetic dyes in soft drinks and candy caramel.
