Abstract

Purity of nucleic acids, the way they were obtained and nucleic acid yield are crucial for many
molecular biology techniques, studying the physicochemical properties of nucleic acids and chemical
modification. Though pnenol-chlorophorm-based extraction of DNA remains traditional, other
approaches are also widely-used, such as magnetic particles, chromatography or sorbents usage. The
appliance of two different techniques (pnenol-chlorophorm extraction and sorbent-based isolation) is
observed in the present article
