Abstract

For the first time shown that in principle the possibility of videodensitometric registration final
chromatogram of the test mixture on a plate containing a liquid mobile phase, i.e. on "wet" TLC plate
without it's drying. A systematic study of videodensitometric changes the basic characteristics of the
chromatographic zones of separated compounds over time in terms of volatile mobile phase. Use to detect
the chromatogram on "wet" plate TLC videodensitometric method allows, firstly, to increase the recorded
signal (20-40%), and secondly, to reduce the duration of the experiment by deleting the stage of drying,
as well as to reduce the manual labor in analytical TLC.
