The teoretical substantiation and methodological approaches to the estimation of the management efficiency innovative resources

Abstract

In clause investigates ways of development of the Russian economy in view of feature of its economy. The theoretical substantiation is given and the methodological approach to an estimation of a management effi ciency is offered by innovative resources. The reasons of necessity of long-term strategy in innovative spheres are specifi ed. The general approaches to construction of the modeling decision for formation of the innovative environment are described and is specifi ed necessity of search of the simplifi ed approached private decisions, allowing to approach to revealing primary laws and modeling of an estimation of a management effi ciency by innovative resources with use of available theoretical development and the methodological device of the economic theory.
