Specific property transformation in Russia

Abstract

In the fi rst place the transformation of the property in Russia is connected with the privatization of property which has taken place and which is in progress now. But this time new phenomena have appeared in this sphere: an alliance of the economic interests of the state and big private business which has resulted in creation and development of holding structures, and their growth connected with the possibilities of the further privatization of state unitary enterprises. We must also mention exclusion of small and medium business from the transformation of property process.
