Abstract

It contains the analysis of dynamics and problems of acceleration of social and economic development of the country. On the basis of the tendency's estimation, the strong and weaknesses of national economy opportunities and complexities of its development are revealed. The directions of formation in Chad an institutionalized socially focused economy, as wall as improvement of an economic life and increase of management effi ciency, are certain.
